Abbey Park Primary School is situated in Illingworth in North Halifax.
It is the aim of the school to provide a high quality learning environment in which every child can enjoy their school life, has equal opportunity and can achieve their maximum potential.

The school was inspected by OFSTED in January 2009 and recieved a very positive report highlighting the many outstanding features of the school.

Finding your way around the website
In the about us area you can find out about the life of the school and what we offer to our pupils, and includes information about staffing and Governors.
The News button will take you to the school calendar and copies of newsletters, as well as any current items of school news, and a section covering recent events.
The information section includes copies of school policies, the prospectus, term dates, details of admissions to school and the home school agreement as well as a section with links to other educational websites.
If you go into the Kids Zone you will find activities for children to do.
